Positive 170 is a nasty toxin if you touch it you will be vaporized it is used to clean vats and engine blocks. if you use this stuff stay out of the tank.
Ok, for the life of me I can't figure out what that cleaner thing is. He says something like a "per-see-cal". What is the solvent they use? These guys can't be understood.
