I love watching all of Paulsons videos. I have most of his dvds, but I love these real bloopers,lol, so glad Im not the only one who has moments like this.
I've known both Paulsen and Nelson for many years and can say without a doubt that they are real. I've used their concepts in the street and know that the info they provide is solid. I continue to look to them as instructors because the concepts they teach have saved some of my own students.
i have trained at his gym before. best training. they teach jiu jitsu striking and mma there. erik is a real classy guy and even advised me to pray the novena!
This is an awesome dvd! I use the exercises here to teach my students. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to improve their MMA/NHB skills. Erik Paulson is one of the best instructors out there. Wish I could train with him.
