  • I love to work out barefoot at home. To me, it gives a natural and stable connection to the ground. At the gym i use the five finger shoes. I achieve natural posture and keep cooties from my feet. Also, they're great for running.

  • what's wrong with lifting barefoot? he's obviously not gonna drop the bar on his feet. it would be nice to have an elevated heel though.

  • Why are you lifting barefoot? Not a good idea.
