How could they possibly lift Herman up when he'd weigh more in a dead sleep than he would if he was awake and able to distribute his weight? Herman would have been so heavy, he would have needed to been lifted up by a crane!

thank you for the memories i watched the munsters as a kid when they first aired on tv in the 60's . tv in 2011 is mostly a let down thanks again

Saddest part now is we have to pay a cable bill for this crap & look what we had in the 60s for free?

Great Munsters episode, as usual.
On a tangent, the steering wheel of that station wagon would never make it to production today (too dangerous due to breakable parts, plus no airbag)

And no power steering, so the wheel is so large. I last drove one of those on a 1967 Bel Aire, which also had a standard shift!
