I actually did this design on my friends hands, just without the acrylic..I paints the cards on the nails...and it turned out great! Thanks for the inspiration

@jessicalee81 I use my fingers to button things, not my nails. I use my nails to type on the computer, but that's pretty much it - my nails are pretty strong by nature. I had a bad break 1 time, about a year ago. the whole tip on one of my fingers broke almost completely off. I repaired it, but had to be careful with that nail for 4-5 months until it had grown back

@mizzaja0092 I think it's called "most unique" but english is not my first language hehe. the mold? it's a silicone of some sort I guess, the link to the seller I got it from is in the sidebar :) it's made for acrylic 3D

@finessence808 I don't use any primer. just make it on top of the nail polish. you can soften it with pure acetone :)

I have a question about acrylic molds - Do you first put in the acrylic powder into the mold then top it off with the acrylic liquid...? Or do you mix it before hand and then put it in the acrylic mold ?

nice vid (like always) but why do you say we need good ventilation with the molds? does acrylic smell harsh?(sorry if this is a dumb question, i have never used acrylic.)

Acrylic smells very strongly, and I'm pretty sure it's not too healthy to stay in. even when you're only using polish remover etc you should keep a window open, but for the acrylic that's not quite enough

I want to know more about acrylic. This stuff is so cool. You can mould it to anything. Those 3D flower deco which people use on nails. Can those be made by acrylic, too?

yea,. acrylic is used to sculpting nails and making 3D stuff :) but remember goo ventilation if you buy it!

it's not something you make... you buy "acrylic powder" and "acrylic liquid" - it's the same stuff some people use for sculpting a nail. you can see in ,y collection video where I got my supplies.
