lol i love how in the books, no matter how much of a hurry they're in, they always make sure to take off their excess clothes but in here, Joe just jumps right in. :)
They should have totally let Frank dive One More Time... He would have done it, i just know he would have. Damn it, Mary Anne! What a senseless loss of life...
I'm just curious. I watched these as a kid during the early 90's and I remember maybe a few seconds all in all. One thing that I do remember might be completely off: Was there ever an episode with Dracula?
I remember them showing a guy with bite marks, and I think I was watching the Hardy Boys. Just curious, and thanks!
oh lord, so obviously a swimming pool that Frank's diving into and so obviously a set that Joe's on; couldn't the budget afford real outside shooting?
@Novatogal of course I mean it's the 70s why not xD
but yeah it's kinda weird.. there are a lot of thing in these series you'd think "WTH is that" but still.. it's the hardy boys (L) I just love the cheese =P
I don't remember this one. It must be the third season, which I don't have on disc. I would love to have played Joe Hardy then. I am slightly older than Shaun Cassidy (and therefore closer to Parker Stevenson's age).
That summer of 1977, I conceived my own mysteries, some of which I have online. It is great fun to play God! Anyway, I crossed the Hardy boys with Perry Mason and my own experiences to write them.
The Hardy boys in the books seem much more violent in comparison to television.
I have several phonographs myself. Finding needles seems to be the problem, and I still miss the old spindles that played six records at a time, and it's been twenty years.
I still have "Da Doo Ron Ron", "That's Rock 'N' Roll", and "Hey, Deanie", all from 1977 and in that order. He wrote the songs on the flip sides.
Shaun Cassidy and Andy Gibb showed up in 1977 on the record charts. It was then I realized I was maturing because both were born after me. Later came Terry Fox (Canadian hero) and Madonna, although Donny Osmond and Michael Jackson didn't count because they were kids at the time of their first fame.
lol i love how in the books, no matter how much of a hurry they're in, they always make sure to take off their excess clothes but in here, Joe just jumps right in. :)
