I'd say the noobiest thing you can do is insult a BETTER player, not a higher level player. Anyone who walks up to a skiller (who is probably wearing clothing more valuable than the person's entire bank) and calls them a noob based on their combat level is a complete idiot.

I don't play anymore by the way. I have so much free time now. But seriously. rs is fun. If you people think it sucks then don't watch videos about it just so you can comment that.

Higher levels can be noobs... If they act stupid or don't know how to play.

Anyone remember when summoning came out and 90% of players flooded the banks whining "how do I train summoning??!!!"

That was the epitome of noobiness. And, it should also be noted that, at times (such as when jagex ruins pking, like when there was only the bounty hunter crater) skilling is actually the least nooby activity, as there is no point to combat...
