Complaint filed in Federal Court - Southern District with Index # 11CV4249 and assigned to Judge Marrero names Michael A. Palazzo as a defendant in a Trademark Infringement Lawsuit. Officer Palazzo has been on sick leave and 'unable to testify due to health reasons' though is reported to have been retained to attend Rescue Ink events prior to the filing of this complaint. He was also one of the highest paid Nassau County cops, making approx. $200K/yr. and had +/- 2 years off. Where was he?
In addition, if you have made any donations to Rescue Ink, please be advised that there was, at one time, a 501(c)3 charity coupled with 2 non-charity companies all with similar names. Make sure your check was deposited to the charity or your donation could be disallowed by the IRS. Any check could potentially have been posted to any of the three accounts. I ask you these because i see no diference bewteen making dos fights with taking a lobster out of the fish tank in a fancy restaurant and have it drop alive in a pot of hot water in front of the people who are eating it so they can have fun watching it have a long painfull death. I think this guys are hipocrates and do it only for money. they certanlly don't ask the animals they eat if they want to die for them.
