Criticism against Qur'an only proofs its validity of being the Truth. The reason of Qur'an being reveled because all the pervious revelation were changed in one form or another.

114 is the number if chapters ok. what is special about there are 57 odd and 57 even numbers? 114/ 2=57 1-2-3-4-5= as u see there is one odd ,one even number can go forever..it doesnt seem interesting

you missed the point....its counting the number of verses in the chapter..then put the chapters with odd number verses in one colomn and the then the even...then you get your totals..

Steps:

1) No. of Chapter (surah) + No. of verses in it. You'll get 114 answers.

2) Organise the answers into Odd and Even. You'll get 57 on each side.

3) Add all the Evens, they are equal to the total no. of verses in the whole Qur'an (6236).

4) Add all the Odds, they are equal to the No. of Chapters in the Qur'an added together (6555).
