@halobeta123 It's the Super Sentai 25th Anniversary Movie. Unlike Power Rangers in America where they do Team-Ups as Episodes within the show, Super Sentai does their Team-Ups as Special Movies. There's usually two per series, one with the previous Sentai Team and one with the next Sentai Team (released shortly after the new series has debuted). Because of the 25th Anniversary, Gaoranger was forced to forego one of their Team-Ups for the awesomeness you see before you.

Here's an interesting thing to note- Timeranger basically got cheated out of a crossover with this special, Time Red's the only one who makes an appearance and he doesn't really do anything. The Boukenger vs. Super Sentai special had two Magiranger members and they were pretty central to the story... I wonder if any of the Timerangers will appear again.

I think taking both franchises at their most basic face values...yeah Sentai is a superior product to Power Rangers, but to say that ignores the cultures they belong to, the formulas kid's shows in both countries ahere to and the different directions the different shows tend to go in.
