  • Hey man,

Did you find spare parts for it?

  • @P3DROGP We SELL spare parts for it- but it only needed 2 props and 2 spinners- crashproofing actually works! You can see the plane fly with the new props and spinners in the "Mosquito Maiden landing" vid on our channel

  • I found out the same thing when landing the Mossie. Did land it good, one time, but i decided to take it to Perry Ga for the south east model show and sell it before I do what happened to you. Beautiful flying rock!

  • @mreid08 NOOOOOO!!! Don't sell it!! This plane is a BEAST!! With the upgrade props and a 3000mAh 4 cell, it has MORE than 1:1 thrust! Does about 70+MPH, and it's EASY to grease her as long as you know not to just cut the power like I did the first time I landed. Line it up, and do a smooth decelleration and she just sinks down and kisses the runway- check our Mosquito "Maiden Landing" video before you make a mistake- these babies are collectors items now- they cost too much to manufacture!!

  • @Killerplanes Steve what upgraded props did you go with?

  • Marvelous machine makes more melodic mess mangled!!!!

    Ha ha

Great vid! Awesome camera work and editing too! Gotta love the crashes! Ha ha ha

  • @TheLipRipp3r Thanks man! Check out the HC Mosquito "Maiden Landing" vid- we used the plane that crashed twice to make the "maiden" video, just to show how well Crashproofing works. The only thing we had to replace was the PROPS!!! Soon we're going to make the bomb bay functional with a set of landing gear doors- it's big enough to hold 2 eggs. Add the frying pan target and that's the next "Killerplanes Challenge" video

  • @TheLipRipp3r: Admirer of your amazing alliterations! We have so much fun with our alliteration games. Thank you for your nice comments, as always! : D enise

  • He Steve, just love the new video. again very entertaining & funny. realy great video man.

  • @NeoTokio4 Thanks! This plane really ROCKS when I'm not stabbing it into the ground! My flying skills may get rusty, but GRAVITY always works! Actually, I can truthfully say that this wasn't my fault- the motor cowling came apart and took off 2 of the prop blades!! We advise people to put hot glue on the inside seam of the motor cowlings now- that's doing the trick!

  • @NeoTokio4 Thank you SO MUCH for the wonderful feedback! : D enise

  • Hi Steve and Denise, Thought you guys left the country with that long dryspell in the videos. Glad to see new footage. Had my hawk sky up 4 times now with no major issues. Still trying to work out a way to shoot some video of it as my wife is allergic to rc activites. Going to try and rig up a hat cam.

Good to see you up in the air!

  • @750lrussi Hi! Denise here! We had an advertising job keeping us busy and spat of non-flying weather. Congrats with the FOUR successful flights! What a GREAT accomplishment! I flew with the buddy box the other day -- I have a WAY to go before i solo! The hat cam is WONDERFUL! (Thanks again to TheLipRipp3r for the fantastic idea). If you have questions, just ask us. Steve's been through a few versions trying to line his up to film the exact area of the sky.
