You should swap the flow of the video - your game play, then the description. Watching your game play, I couldn't tell any difference in your mechanics.

Do you use a keyfowarding/macro program like autohotkey? That's very nice set up and I bet that takes a lot of practice.
There as got to be money in creating gaming devices for Quadriplegics, Razer should make them and pay you to come up with ideas for them.
