Almost everybody compares Paul Rodgers to Freddie and that's just sad. I mean no one can sing as Freddie did and we will always miss him but Paul does an amazing job! And the thing that makes him really good is that he doesn't try to be like Freddie, he dose his own thing and that is admirable!

nothing i hate worse than a critic or a detractor who spouts off just to be negative...it's not witty or intelligent. to me this is an entertaining tribute that stand on it's own legs...the band, queen, sounds fantastic and i'm happy to hear live takes on their classics and a little bad company for good measure...made me smile!

incredible, freddie wasnt the only member roger and brian were just as much queen as he was and since his death they made names for themselves. its great they returned as the greatest rock bad in history with a legendary singer who gave the songs his own twist. absolutely amazing!!!!!!!

anyone who critiscises paul rogers and the front man of "queen and paul rogers", just havent been to see them play live. i went in cardiff and i have to say it was the best live show i have ever been too. i thought a couple of songs wouldnt work but i was so wrong, onece you are thereyou just enjoy every bit of it.really want them to play glastonbury. but they wuld be hedlining and i would want to be at the front and probably ould die waiting at the front of pyramid stage all day. but id do it!

When Paul Rogers first joined Queen there doubts because of Freddie's legacy, and because of the type of performer Freddie was.

But I believe Paul and the rest of the group put all of the nerves and gooebumps behind them. They sound great, and Like Queen's version of all night long beter than Free.

they re stupid... i m not a huge fan of queen... but the rolling stone magazine as lost is soul 30 years ago...it was a great magazine in their 10-12 initial years...

I think everyone is missing the point. Paul, Roger and Brian have been upfront and profuse that Paul Rodgers is NOT a replacement for Freddie. He is someone that they feel a musical chemistry with as far as new music and new directions. However, they still need to (and want to) perform their classic hits. Jimmy Buffett said that his concerts are 20% what he wants to play and 80% what he has to play. Enjoy your Queen and Bad Company cds, but enjoy the energy and excitement of the new show.

Leontrap.... are you real ? What quality are you comparing it to ? There are no new ground breaking songs, the voice as you say does not compete, they are missing the original bass player, a creditable songwriter, are you a sound geek ? I think that Queen had some pretty good sound engineers from the start, give me Queen I on scratched vinyl to the current stuff any day. I saw this band without Paul Rodgers 22 times and they sounded pretty good to me!
