What a wonderful way to reach people. Speak to them through a bullhorn, shame them in a public setting, loudly proclaim how thankful you are that you're not like them and expect them to change their life and accept Jesus as Lord. So what is it you really have to offer them besides shame?

It's sad to see so many people hate the Lord Jesus Christ without a cause. Many of them never read the Bible, many don't know anything about the person of whom they hate, many of them have made a misinformed decision all because they are deceived by their father...the devil. The time for prayer is over. God has already made His decision to do what He is about to do and it will come quickly and sadly, even many Christians will be caught off guard as well. Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus.

So far Christians in this counrty have been consistently showing how righteous they are and how unrighteous everyone else is. Politicians do the same. How different are you really? @mattfirebird When I was a fire fighter I never went into a burning structure and told the people who were about to burn up that (I just want to love you out of this fire). Why? Becasue you don't love people out of a fire you pull them out of a fire and, preaching pulls on their conscience and casues many to give their hearts to Jesus. The Bible say's in Romans 3:23 "for ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Jesus never told us to get to know people before we preach to them.

If you really want to "win souls for Christ" you'd be better off getting to know the people you're preaching at and gaining their respect. @jesuspeed I agree with you. We fell under judgement on 9/11 to the point that white house staff were singing God bless America for the first time in many years. Alot of people don't know that G.Washington was sworn in as first pres in N.Y.City. And right after, him and his entire staff walked to a small building and kneeled and prayed for 2 hours for the success of this nation. On the same spot Washington prayed is the same plot of land that ground zero was on, on 9/11. you can look it up.

It varies, depending on the circumstances, not all evanglism is supportive, some is confrontive. And when you have a bunch of blasphemers...they need to be warned, lest their blood be on our hands. Hopefully some can be pulled from the fire like brands from the burning...But, straight is the gate that leadeth to eternal life and few be that find it....
