I thankyou for this video recipe and My family thanks you because this is the most delicious lemon meringue pie. I always make this recipe ,but I always enjoy watching this lovely lady.
well done dear the mirangue looks perfect but i would put slightly more lemon juice in and i always mix my pastry in a MIXING BOWEL not a jug this makes the pastry more airy and light also id put more flour on top, your pastry looks slightly soggy and i always WASH MY HANDS DEAR otherwise good effort.
Thank you for sharing your Mother's recipe. I love the way you say "Ma" with such love and admiration. She seems like a 'Great Lady' and raised a son that appreciates her. I hope to see other recipes from "Ma". I have a Meyer Lemon Tree and now I know how to put it to good use. Thank you again "Ma".
you know how i know this is going to be good, because she is old school. and im going to try this recipe and i hope i make it as good and if it dont come out good, I MYSELF did something wrong haha. keep it up looks damn good :)
Was looking for a lemon meringue recipe... this was great to see it being made step by step. My 9 year old boy likes to bake and was able to follow Grandma Prices instructions really well.
thank you so much for sharing your lemon meringue recipe. I saw your video in the morning and I made it in the afternoon. It came out excellent! thanks again
You know what that looked very very good. I thought i wouldn't like any pie but my grandads recipe but i beg the differ with this pie it looks scrumptious. I'm a black american by the way. I use graham cracker crust(i make my own with crumbled graham crackers, butter and eggs, and smash it up and cover the pan with batter it will be mode ready or buy one. Sweet and condensed milk, 1 cup lemon juice, and 2 eggs(beaten). Bake crust 8 min. add filling and bake for 10 min.Cool, put whip cream on it!
Very clear instructions, I've been trying to get a lemon pie just right, I'm still kinda working with the meringue part. She uses the same recipe I'm trying to use but has it down to a very clear method. Thanks for the video!
This lady is an excellent cook AND teacher! I wish I lived near her. This recipe is more generous than the ones I usually see, and that makes for a much nicer pie. Thanks so much!
I can't even say how i like this vid.. It's a great idea to save all the hints and tips.. I loved so much my grandmas recepes and I somehow thought she would be there always till last year. I loved her cooking and I feel sorry I didn't write it down.
I like the way she makes the pastry, it's so fine and smooth..Many greetings to Mrs. Price!
I loved this recipe! I made it and it was delicious!! I have tried so many recipes and this one is a keeper! I make lemon meringue pie every year for my father's birthday and this was the best one yet! It was the first time it did not weep. Put the filling in hot in the crust and don't forget the cornstarch!! Great job Grandmom Price!!!
in my experience put meringue on a hot filling. A weeping meringue can be caused by it not getting cooked all the way. If you put it on a hot filling it will cook and won't weep

Help! Should I cool lemon filling first before applying Meringue or apply meringue while lemon filling is hot on baked crust?

in my experience put meringue on a hot filling. A weeping meringue can be caused by it not getting cooked all the way. If you put it on a hot filling it will cook and won't weep
