yup, a tribute to her mom, i actually think she did mention the "Penny" one at her Vancouver show, if you look closely there's writing in ther too, 2 words, possibly 'one cent' . She has talked about the "..." one at other concerts though, i was hoping Jonathan Ross was gonna ask her about it the other night on his show, GREAT interview, you guys should check it out.

The 1st one is a ellipsis (...) on her wrist , she got it with the band The Civil Wars (they were the opening act for part of her 2011 Tour) it symbolizes like a 'to be continued' type thing, (they became close)......the 2nd tattoo is also on her wrist/inside arm area, and we're not quite sure exactly what it is, but we think it is a penny with a heart in it for her mom (her mom's name is Penny) whom she is very close with.

Thank you so much 4 this footage. Saw her the night b4 in Berkeley - same set, different dress, 2 more musicians & such a refreshing simplicity that we all need. Back 2 basics with the vocals, the music & the 'just-say-no' attitude to all the over-the-top theatrics that we've become numb to. The critic up in the bay area was awful, but your L.A. Times critic was right-on in capturing the nuances of Adele's appeal as a performer who is still growing. She's down-to-earth- & that is RARE 2 day.

Given the current musical climate where autotune and mundane lyrics rule the airwaves, it's refreshing to see a no frills or gimmicks artist with the voice of an angel top the charts.
