YES you can still get infected even when your partner is on medication. YES you can still get HIV even when you use condoms however it does make is safer. The sores are from Karposis Sarcoma (sp?). Once known as the "gay cancer" when AIDS first hit in the early '80's. It's a form of skin cancer that normally is curable but when you are HIV+ it can't be treated.
Honestly this video pisses me off. As someone who actually has HIV (and got it not from not using a condom, but having sex out of guilt with a person who had an incredibly small dick and didn't fit the condom properly) People very rarely get Kaposi's sarcoma now unless they have had undetected HIV for years. In this day and age, if you have HIV you take some pills everyday that allow you to live a long healthy life and also make it so it's hard to transmit the virus to others.
@tbagthomas The last article I read stated pills reduce transmission 96%. Add a condom to that and you don't have to worry. What this video does though, at least to stupid people, it enforces the belief that you will still die from AIDS if you get HIV, and it freaks people out so people who actually have to live with the virus never get laid. You have more chance of getting HIV from a stranger lying about being clean than someone who admits they have HIV and are on medication for it.
@tbagthomas A friend of mine is a nurse and said that HIV is a big deal, but as long as you take your medication it can be controlled to the point that it doesn't even show up and you can live just as long and normally as someone who doesn't have it. That said, regarding this video, I think it is a shocking and effective way to prevent the transmission of HIV and to scare people into having safe sex.

People have to realize that HIV/AIDS does not discriminate against race, sex, sexual orientation, heritage, age, or religion. If you have unprotected sex you have a chance of getting HIV/AIDS and that's why it is so important to use a condom every time you have sex. It doesn't matter if the person your having sex with says that they don't have any STDs you should still use protection. It's better to be safe then sorry because HIV/AIDS kills.
