I just got this and the program in this video looks completely different then the one that I have. Why is that? Also, I am having a problem with the audio when transferring the video to the computer. The audio is off and you cannot understand what is being said by the person in the video. What should I do? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

i been brought this softwear for xp window but i cant use this windows 7.

This program is terrible! At first it ran fine (xp) but over time the program would completely mess up the system resourses & make errors on other applications - sound glitches, missing toolbars, unable to open programs ect. Ive repaired/re-installed but to no-avail. All I need to work is the capture to hard-disk feature (media import) not all the burning features, but it just wont function - frezzing, & now when I stop capture to have it save it "hangs" for like 10 minutes. Any help please?

Before you can engage, the program will freeze. Why?? What is the solution?? Tried on windows vista. I have windows 7 and same thing. Shouldn't have to pay more to get it working.

This product claims to be Windows 7 compatible on the box... it's not. They're "working on it"... ugh. There is another product like this, VHS to DVD by Honest Technology, which is Windows 7 ready.

It is now Windows 7 compatible. The Windows 7 version was introduced in Oct 2009. Was the version you are using purchased prior to this?

@Spielburton I chose honestech VHS to DVD over ROXIOs VHS to DVD sotfware. ROXIOs support was terrible during the WIndows 7 switch. At least honestech software was robust enough to work during that time, and they also had real tech support.

I still have products registered with Roxio, but they are on my crap list for now.

@Spielburton Also, the Roxio software was purchased new during the time of the Windows 7 switch, and the box was branded with being win7 compatible.

@lVlagneto Windows 7 didn't exist until October 2009...which was when the compatible version was made available anyway.
