No, Its very cold and he is aged man. Dont think he is a common man. He has vast experience in Politics and well educated man, a professor and PhD candidate.He knows how to maintain economy.Even Barrack obama get guidance from him.

@SuperDesi45 Oh, I was not disrespecting him. It only looked to me (I understand USA and Korean culture) as if his security was so close around him because they were not sure about the Korean security in the area. I guess they were so close to him going down the stairs in case he fell? Thank you for educating me if that is the reason.
