Yeah, I dont know but I believe at that time there was an elected government in charge, so yeah it was left up to a Texas legislature, instead of the people directely.

i have noargument with yo i am on about the IRA of the 60 onwards who planted bombs on the street in pub;s and gave no warning to me they are nurderers i do believe the south will get it's independence but i also believe they would never do what the IRA did to get it long live the south god bless all the son's and daughters of the glorious south

Wow looks like you and Southern nationalist are havin quite the conversation here, personally I think the current "real" IRA, the continual IRA ,and the PIRA are terrorists, the original IRA however I do support 100%. The IRA that fought for Irish independence in the early 1900's were Freedom Fighter in my opinion. It's very easy to see that the crown was very oppressive in those days.

I agree about terror, the loyalist and republican terror groups nowdays are all murderers in my opinion. The Continual and "real" IRA nowdays dont deserve to carry the same name as the orginal IRA that fought for their Freedom in the early 20th century.
But yeah I think an independent Ulster sounds like a good option, but then again I dont know what it's like over there lol

Lol yeah it was protests that happened nationwide on tax day here in the states, kind of a throwback to the Boston tea party ya know, what it was all about though was the ever broadening big government and crazy government spending.
