@tinydancerkool goalies only use there feet when its an "emergency". If you catch the ball ( as a keeper) you can always send it to one of your teammates, instead of kicking it, and make it possibly go to the other team. :)

There was a lot of unecessary diving, such as at 0:18. You need to work on footwork because if there was better footwork, you didn't have to throw yourself around without need of it. Also, STOP TURNING YOUR BACK ON THE GOAL!! And like someone else said, throwing yourself around doesn't make you a good goalkeeper.
