Mugen's being voiced by Liam O'Brien for the game (and doing a damn good impression, too. He doesn't usually sound anything like him). Blum was busy with other work at the time.

somehow i doubt it, i bought a 360 about 2 weeks back, naruto is awesome cartoony graphics, (as an example) i dont see the wii being a competitor in the console market, reason being its all for bloody kids, now anyone up for the good old family game dead space? or maybe a bit of farcry 2, or would you wii in your living room?????

yes, this has been released. i'm not familiar with what blockbuster might offer, but you can probably find it on amazon if you are looking to buy. gamestop might be a good place to start as well.
