@UnstopableAwesomenes it's called Hal's Outfit, it was only available with the Limited Collector's Edition, and is not available for trade, plus the LCE codes have been disabled now, so anyone how doesn't have it, will never get it.

Hal's Armor and Sword CANNOT BE TRADED.

The story says that in the end of Halo 3, some sort of portal opened and Master chief went into it. He appeared in Albion and left his weapons and armor there.

I guess they had to downgrade the assualt rifle for Fable 2. it only has a 24 round clip, it had 60 in Halo, and unloaded it in like 7 seconds.
