Thank you for sharing. God Bless her, I am so glad to hear she's still very active. My Grandma was born 11/1/1903 and passed 12/31/2004 at 101yrs and almost 2mo. But she wasn't active anymore hadn't been for 10yrs or so but to sit and listen to Grandma's stories, poems etc. I will always cherish it and miss her more everyday.

My grandmother was born in 1904 and is also still alive. She is not as active as your gandmother but it sounds like very similar personalities. My grandmother was an English teacher in Germany and still does crossword puzzles in German and English. In February 1929 she arrived in New York but returned to Germany after getting citizenship. She says that the years she spent in America made her younger. I wonder what would have happened if she had stayed??
