I think Leonard Dhua's accent is more Kiwi. Notice the way he pronounces suggests (saa-jeests) and fence (feehnse), my rough approximations of course. Apparently Chua En Lai grew up in NZ so that should be second nature to him, compared to Thai and French impersonations which are quite difficult I thought.
