sometimes a 3,53' song is stronger than everything else.. I live in one of these "developed countries", and this song makes me feel so fucking guilty and hopeless. But tomorrow is gonna be sunny and I'm gonna skate whith my friends and, certainly, drink some beers and spend money to buy a cd or something like that. I've chosen my way to live, but yeah, I'm conscious nevertheless, and I'm always waiting for the bigger axe to fall.

@Typhoon1212 not sure how much a response in english is going to help but; the song is about becoming concious of your economic environment. The system moves on all around you. Theres stocks, big businesses, and all that advertising bullshit, but nevermind what theyre selling, its what youre buying that matters. Thats one of the biggest messages that Fugazi pushes. Live independently; free of the trap. Thats what your buying and thats whats important.
