gr8 but I think I will cave in, I love my nestle lion bars. Yes powerade and redbull is sick, I hate the smell of redball on people breath as well. Glad I drink black coffee I guess.
Calories is only one piece of the puzzle. You need natural juices, get a juicer and do it yourself and drink water. All of those beverages have ingredients that your body cannot digest because they were not meant to be consumed.
In turn, this causes your body into an acidic state to destroy them and to work overtime to prevent your pH from becoming imbalanced. They also leech minerals from your body. You need to eat small portions, homemade chicken and salads. Avoid pastas, breads and dairy.
this is a great idea, but it's completely missing the mark. if you substitute all the sugary soda's and energy drinks with diet and caffeine free and low cal substitutes, you're putting just as much junk into your system. A better challenge would be to drink 1 regular size glass of milk or orange juice everyday at the most and the only other liquid you put in your body, is good old fashioned water. 6 months ? you'd lose 30 pounds and not have to move from your chair..
hey, this was funny. you should check out something called "aspartame" that is used in many many drinks to replace sugar, so the product can say "zero calories! sero sugar!", but can actually be quite harmful to the body.
maybe try some exercise, which would allow you to enjoy the actual good tasting drinks in moderation. :)
Mike, are you allowed to have honey? If so I strongly recommend Honest Teas. If you can find it, it's worth it. Tons of caffeine from the tea and a little amount of sugar from honey.

Damn, no sugar for two months. Well, you're a diabetic, so deal with it, bitch!
j/k, Mike. Sure, that sounds like quite a challenge, but I think it's one that'll benefit you... and maybe one that I might consider.
