@truekillerz8 Well, my setup is Full guthans, barrows gloves, a god stole, Like 1-2k broad bolts (you can use diamond e the entire time and save an inv space if you want, but it's more expensive), avas accumulator, dragon boots, explorers ring. Then in inv, rune cbow, black dhide body, verac plateskirt, dragon sq shield, either diamond e (bring 100) OR dragon e (bring around 50) bolts for jad, 7 brews, 14 restores, 2 range pots. Feel free to switch around gear.

@vicsje160 Yes you should always kill it with range while praying mage , and also be carefull not to enter it's melee zone (Within 2 paces of it) because it's melee can hit pretty high.

What I do, is I attack all the healers in between Jad's attacks and then run through jags legs and pray melee, unless I see otherwise necessary.

@delienx what about the 360's? they just mage you so pray mage and you're good. on waves with 90's + 360's make sure to go for the 90's 1st while praying mage, you'd rather the 90's hit you than the 360's. They hurt :P

same here, i went for firecape with very low supplies, no restores and 1 brew, so i thought my only chance was to claw him once i saw the healers, lagged, panic switched prays, and never even got a chance to do the 2nd claw spec

What's really annoying about Jad is just the size, he takes up so many spaces it's a strugle just to attack the healers, you have to switch prayer/attack style for one part. And you can't even see his hp bar unless he's behide the Itally.. If he was the size of an Imp I bet tons of more people would have the cape.

there is actually a safe spot for the 180s, im pretty sure u can use guthans on it, because ive used a halberd on em there, but im not sure if spears can reach over like halberds

-Can it be that you miss-click your pray while jad is doing an range attack and you survive it cuz your 99 def & got +213 def bonus ? or is his range attack a kind of a mage attack and your def doesn't matter ?

@ EatThisMaul, 1 month ago. It happends but the real chances are really slim, maybe 1:8 Hit he hits 1-10 with 99 Defence. His usuall hit if you get unlucky without prayer is a 46-80. Don't panic and drink brews unless you're going to take a risk with a 98. Magic attacks are extremely accurate and will it the same chances of a 98 on 1 def and 99def.

dont use void horrible def stats use dhide or god dhide and full guthans and i recomend a prayer bonus. and instead of his guide i used ruby bolts (e) i was maxing on jad 50 at 81 range. anyways gl.
