@KromeZero Its already there, just not utes (apart from the el camino). Holden's badge in the US is Pontiac, just like Holden's badge in Europe is Vauxhall. The Pontiac G8 is a direct copy of the Commodore minus some of the plusses of the Commodore; along with the GTO = the Manaro, etc.

A mate of mine has a Maloo over here in the UK. He loved it in standard trim when he first bought it here. He is Aussie and knows all the good tuners in Oz..Engine and gearbox were ripped out and shipped off to the land down under. 5 months later they came back after been breathed on very heavily.

@thechevyman999 Was intended to have a Pontiac badge on its nose until Pontiac folded. If you wanted to buy one, you could, then the LHD conversion would come from Pontiac G8 parts. They were designed from day 1 to be toold for LHD/RHD without any major hassles

@thechevyman999 It would depend on how and where you got the parts. All of them are a straight bolt on, from even the most basic Holden ute, the V6 Omega. If you were to type in "HSV Maloo body kits" for example, you'd find 20 or so suppliers in Australia. I would say get a price list for the following in local Pontiac parts: Firewall, crossmember, steering rack, steering lines, centre console and dash assembly. The firewall might be unnecessary, but check it anyway

The GTR is an amazing car and if i had the money i would own a 1992 model. But would any GTR put the smile on your face that is provided by the insanity of this car.
