Reach is a great game, an excelent way for Bungie to end there participation in the Halo Franchise, no matter how great a game is some 11 year old is still going to say it sucks balls, do we care what those dumbass COD playing kids say about Halo? No! On Bungie.net on all the Forums all you can see is people whining about H3 and H2 being great, but all the other games being crap. GTFO noobs! I will always remember and love Bungie, I will always respect them over 343, I love Halo :)

Fact is UNSC has been building this advanced weapons like new AR, it was originally released in 2545's. Reason why we did not see those in Halo games expect Reach, because it was reserved for final surprise or required too much work on teams

After seeing this ViDoc, I don't think anyone can say that this won't be an incredible game. The scope of it is far more vast than the previous Halo games, I think, and the improvements in the Halo engine just look incredible. Even if you're a Modern Warfare 2 fan, which I am as well, I don't think that anyone can deny how great this game looks so far.

this may have sparked my interest back into halo... i was upset with odst not with its storyline but with its length because then i just felt i just payed most of my money for DLC that i had most of. but hopefully this game is done right and by the looks of it, its getting there... i just hope the multiplayer has been redone and we will be seeing more tactical gameplay but i guess we will see =D

Also, why do all the guns change in how they look? Each game, they seem to get little touch ups, improvements, etc... The weapons, characters, etc should stay the same if they want to remain accurate to the story :s

For instance... How the Covenenant attacked Reach in the BOOK, was completely un-expected and it was for the most part a short-lived space battle. Why are they talking about there being big battles on the GROUND at Reach?

@thepack20 They did have big battles on the ground at reach they sent in a ton of spartans to hold off the covenant to protect the orbital defense guns shields on the planet it says so in the book

Yeah, I know, I read the book(s). That wasn't a long battle though, in this, they're talking about there being a long military campaign on the planet. That was non-existent in the book. All I'm saying is I hope and wish they would follow the original story and not make up stuff as they go.

also the books are just the the story in the authors point of view, they just made it up from what they saw in the games and the story is kind of hard to understand because its not just one person who made the story its a bunch of people such as Halo Legends and all the different authors and and bungie who make the games so its all mixed up and hard to understand
