Truley truley honestly if you want to spend big bucks on a REALLY good performance thats out of this world, Mystere by Cirque Du Soleil at The Mirage I believe. WORTH EVERY PENNY. The phantom is really good too though, so if you're heart set on phantom, its worth it. as for other things around vegas, I'm not sure how casinos change their prices, I would imagine they would since its the holidays, but at the same time maybe not.
