While it is best to get a nose job (from what I hear) when your a teenager or in your early 20s it's not always financially feasible for someone in that age group. Also these same women might have had lipo, tummy tuck or breast augmentation and are just getting around to the nose job.

im getting mine done in 2 weeks and my biggest fear is ending up with a piggy nose. esp when the dr sais he has to bring up the tip and that there will be visible scarring. i stressed to him that i do not want some weird upturned nose that will make me look like someone else.

@lalagirl211 because if you have an implant down the middle, it's kinda rigid so if you push your nose up it'll hurt since the implant would be pushing against the tissue above it. you can pick your nose like normally lol, so if you get dirt in it you can pick it out. But sometimes when people get their nostril size reduced they're not able to pick it, so it all depends really :)

I got my ears pinned back when I turned 17, and it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me!
