I think WWF/E was trying to turn X-Pac into a face around this time but the crowd just didn't react to it & kept on booing X-Pac so they just kept him as a heel.

Kidman should have never cut his hair and wear the tights. WCW he was my favorite Wrestler. He was still one of my favorite in WWE but not as much and dropped on my list :/

Worst thing Kidman did was change his image(tank top, jean shorts) It made him stand out, but when WWE opted for him to wear the usual ring attire, it made him into just another midcarder. That, on top of not receiving the proper push in the WWE.
