I don't know about the risks of damaging your sight when doing this, but my right eye's been nearly blind since I got a "glass splinter" into it when I was about 4. If I liked the looks (which I don't, I think it looks like you have some weird dirt in the eyeball, or at least this one seemed to look that way) and my piercer who I've been with for rughly 12 years and whom I trust was confident she could do this, I would prolly have it done.
