I find it bizarre that so many people view this song as a LULLABY???! It's about a naive model who gets talked into doing a soft-core shoot by a charming photographer. The verse is meant to be ironic with the photographer saying "You're gorgeous!" as he manipulates the girl into going beyond her boundaries. The "I'd do anything for you" is the girl's inner response to his flattery. This is not a love song folks! Still darkly beautiful though. I'm just surprised people don't get it.

Why are you talking about a “girl"? This song is sung by a man and it is quite sexistic to believe that these things couldn't happen to boys as well! I don't listen to this song imagining the male singer singing it from the point of view of some girl.
