Actually the peddled powered wheelchair is for people who are too weak to walk long distances or who can't keep their balance etc. It keeps up their leg strength without the risk of falling and injuring themselves and things. Oh and blind people can feel and paint that way. I'm blind myself (my computer talks before anyone asks)...
