For the child or the adult that has been pushed through Foster Care the system . For the family that has children in Foster Care . For that child that is a subject of abuse . Obama should publicly praise America's foster parents. People don't realise the service that these men and women are doing for the country.

Obama just got the Nobel Peace Prize under questionable merit. But Clara Hale never got it, despite the 40 years she spent taking care of unwanted children.

I was in 8 foster homes. Some are bad homes. I was in one that even other foster parents were complaining about them. I heard a foster mother ask a case worker, "Why do you let them be foster parents?" And I heard the case worker say, "Because they will take any child we give them." It was a seriously bad foster home. I blaime the case workers. If they knowingly put a child in an abusive foster home, then they are child abusers too. Especially if they never check up on the child. Fire them
