1) It would be surprising to me if a young person could see these beautiful and intelligent mammals in the environment they are meant to be in, and then still want to work with them in captivity. I have to imagine that would take a lot of rationalizing.

@Cranma5678 Well I went to just the resident camp where I stayed for a week. I don't exactly remember what the camp was called so sorry :P. SOme things I got to do was see shows, go on rides, pet an alligator, pet 2 penguins, pet and feed a dolphin, feed and pet a walrus, have skit night, the lunch was really good, have movie night, go snorkeling, go surfing, have a day to play in the San Diego bay, walk around the park, watch the sharks get fed, and MUCH MUCH more. I really think you'll enjoy.

Sadly, no. I wish we would have though... I'm going back next year

And when I'm in 9th grade (I'm in 7th now) I'll be going to career camp where you get to walk around in the bat ray cage, swim with the dolphins, feed the sharks, and much more :D
