I tried and daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!!! My core was screaming. I did it as my warm up and it fired off every muscle fibre in my body!! Keep em coming man!!! I loved it!!
my max bench is 110kg, what sort of weight should i be using for this exercise? just a rough estimate would be appreciated
