Hydrick, while not psychic, did have a flair for entertainment. His is a classic story of hubris - pride before the fall - and sadly never recovered from this event. I am proud to call him a friend. Should anyone wish to communicate with him, let me know.

The tattoo'd guy in this video seems to do it a bit different from Hydrick. Either way, they're both sleight of hand. (The best magicians have several ways to do most of their tricks in case one way fails.)

Todos sus trucos son sencillos, el de los palillos es ejerciendo presion sobre el ke se agarra, el del lapiz y el libro ya son obvios..el del palo que va y vuelve mediante una mesa y un palo preparado, y el de del dolar por agujeros por los ke pasa el aire.

I used to train with this guy back in the early eighties just as he was becoming known in the marial arts world. and I can tell you exactly how he does these tricks. back then he was using toothpicks instead of wooden matches: take two toothpicks or matches and hold them as shown in the video. The match on the botton is very gently rolled between the fingers which causes the top one to jump. Anyone can do this!

Hi, erm did you used to train with hydrick?
I wanted to know how he moved that dollar inside the glass box and how he moved the pencil whilst they covered his move and nose.

Him covering his mouth and nose would have no effect on how he does the trick, so its the same as he did it before. The pencil thing can be done with the air from hands, or air from ventilation systems as James Randy noted when he pwned this guy.
