Fallout 3 is best for the PC, due to the mods, it's decent for the 360 cause you can still get the DLCs and okay I guess for the PS3 but not really since you can't get any DLCs let alone Mods...

if you have a PC that can run Fallout 3 get that version instead.

overall hard to say which game is better, GoW2 or Fallout 3 for PC. i'd Say Fallout 3 has better potential (once again thanks to mods)
