It has always been called Finish in Europe. Looks like they are globalising everything. I used to love Marathon bars until Mars decided to start calling them Snickers in line with everywhere else - a horrible name - sounds like sweaty sneakers.

I'm really tired of these commercials trying to sell this crap. I've tried all of these higher priced detergents and I'm still left with tea stained mugs and unclean glassware. The best stuff out there hands down is Walmart's Great Value brand. Save your money and try this stuff!!!

Hehehe, indeed the piece is a tango called "Época" by Gotan Project. It is in some way sad that such a nice piece composed to commemorate a hard and dramatic time (época) in Argentinian history such as the military dictatorship ended up as background music of a dish detergent... C'est la vie

I want to know if this TV commercial could have aired on June 17, 2009. I read that when34567 uploaded this video on June 24, 2009. I want to put this commercial in a June 17, 2009 scene in my movie, but won't if this commercial was first aired on June 24, 2009. Please let me know. Jesus bless you.

@200901010000 it was definitely airing by june 17 2009. I remember the first time I started seeing it was around winter of 2008, and thats when I noticed it. It had probably aired before. So yes, it aired on June17 2009 without a doubt. good luck with your movie.

This is a very classy add. I do agree, the music is beautiful. The only problem, it was probably composed specifficly for Finish making this beutiful piece unavailable for general use. If you find information to the contray, please let me know. I recently purchased a Finish Quantumatic dispenser becuase I am fasinatied with how it works. Based on what I am seeing at my local supermarket, the more economical power is becomming history.

God I love Finish commercials. Seriously I do. I love the music and the announcer woman is PERFECT. I love how she says, "Finish, the Diamond Standard" and that's not "diamond" but "diAmond". Oh yes. Unfortunately, for the last couple commercials they have chosen a completely flat-voiced generic American sounding woman. Lame.
