battle of the titans, one of the best races I saw live between 1995 and 2001. when Audi and Peugeot started these oil heaters ,with fuel for farm machinery,my interest was gone!There's no need anymore to go to Le Mans,you can smell it at your local potato field.

That Ferrari 333SP, while not overly competitive, made a hell of an impression with that F1-derived 4.0 liter V12, revving to over 10,000 RPM!

also according to me the toyota gt-one is the best looking race car ever designed for le mans. it looks even better than the ferrari fxx. the new audi's and Peugeot looks good but when compared to that toyota they suddenly become ugly.

@elibeli2595 911 GT1 looks good, but for me the Toyota GT-One is still the best looking(i'm not saying the best car). also the 911 GT1 looks a bit like the Carrera GT and i prefer the Carrera GT. Opinions vary, if you find the 911 GT1 beautiful, its very good choice. But i don't want people to come and tell me the 1999 BMW LMR or the nissan R390 GT1 looks good. mind you the only toyota i will ever like is the GT-One, cause i hate Toyota with its rubbish cars. now i'm a full AUDI FAN.....AUDI R18

Actually that is the V12 engine of the Ferrari 333SP that we hear at 2:04 at Tertre rouge corner.

actually...that Porsche's tactic, lasting the race, they know what it takes to win, and it doesn't take outright speed, they knew they could sacrifice speed because they knew they had a bulletproof car that lasts the race, something Toyota and Mercedes-Benz did not have.
