@Bosshelper45 in actuality it probably isn't considering that the usual Tesla isn't that color (Black/Red) and it is impossible to my knowledge to modify textures from game saves on the xbox360 in the first place. although there are programs that have inventory mods it would be one-of-a-kind to find a Fallout 3 texture modder for the 360.

@darkeather2 he got it from a Tesla enclave solider which spawn in Raven rock or in enclave encampments across the wasteland after The Waters of Life quest. the closest enclave base is at the abandoned farmhouse in between Megaton and the Super-Duper Mart just in case you wanted to know :]

its thePC version, you can increase the amount of AP you have to any number you want. there are also mods for the PC ver. thats why his armor is red.

yeah i know...I'm not a fucking retard man! and yes...he used the console cheat tgm (Toggle God Mode) in order to use Vats all the way enough to kill him...sir, you insult me and it doesn't matter if he had cheats or not...everything that you can do only on the PC aside, you could have done this on a console but you would have normal armor, normal amount of AP, and other amount of normal things...

There is an event where one of them tries to perform a coup on the rest, depending on where you were standing you may not have heard the dialog associated with it so I can see how that'd translate to you just getting attacked without knowing why.

Its actually a texture mod available for the PC version of the game through a site called fallout3nexus, it changes the texture of the usual Tesla suit into the black/red scheme.

Lots of editing and cheating, PC console commands to load gear and used geck to edit the expansion to allow for the armor to sit into the chair. Btw sorry yah the geck is a PC only tool for editing the game. PS3 got no love this round :(

Glad you like those, check out the rest for sure. With Geck it largely depends on what you want to do with it. I haven't for instance tackled the thought of a whole unique level but for things like adding or modifying the existing landscape its pretty straight forward. On the main page of the geck wiki (can't post a link but just google for it) Bethesda put up a bunch of really useful tutorials which I found very handy in learning the ropes.
