This still means that he owns the rights to the beat until someone buys the exclusive rights to the beat, which is mandatory if your trying to sell your song on an album. Why do you think mixtape producers are sort of broke? Because most of the beats are leased for $25-300 like everybody else. K.E. knows exactly what he's doing and if he don't he has an lawyer who does. So STFU! Lol!
