What I did when I first starting using contact lenses was I pull down my lower eye lid(with middle finger) and place the contact on the white of my eye(using my index finger)..then I blink.

basically, if you keep blinking it is because you are scared/unfamiliar with the feeling of the piece going in your eye. ill tell you how it feels:

if you dont wash your hands/contacts are kinda dirty= it will have a sour feel when it goes in your eye (it goes away after a few seconds)

if you wash your lens properly: it will feel like your putting water in your eye^^ its like putting tears in your eyes!

No need to worry people. :) At first, I took me 20-30 minutes to put both lences into my eyes, so I had to wake up earlier. But now, I have no problem with that. I can easily put them in in 1 minute, and put them out in 10seconds... You have to just practice :)

You should try to look up, put it on the bottom white of your eye, then let go, look down, and blink. It centers itself cos of the shape. Or do like this vid and go straight onto your cornea. You dont actually touch your eye so its okay ;D

LOL i did that once in front of my doctor, then he told me NEVER close ur eyes imediatly after you put one of these, u have to roll ur eyes and wach on each sides without turning the head or it will get out easyally and its a real pain in the ²²² to find back a contact lense on the floor xD

@superpup2255 taking out is A HELL OF A LOT simpler then putting them in :p putting them in takes me 40-50minutes (for both) getting them out around 4-5seconds

@superpup2255 I think taking them out is a whole lot easier than putting them in, putting them in I tend to flinch a lot. Taking them out, all I do is look to the left and pinch the middle of the contact with my fingers and voila :p just takes a bit of practice.

@PajdomanDzoni You take the contact lense on top of your finger,make sure it's in a bowl, and you pull down on the bottom with your right hand,and hold top with your left,then you gently touch the color part with your contact,then rub it gently,and look to your right ear,then nose,then down,and slowly let go of bottom and top and close your eye,and DONE! You have put on your contact lenses!I had trouble on day 1,but after listening to the eye doctor,I got it done in only 4 minutes! :)

@PajdomanDzoni ill give a personal tip that saved my life ok... in ur right eye put ur left hand over the upper eyelid and ur right hand with the contact lens in the index finger in the under eyelid then hold ur upper eyelid with the tw middle fingers of ur left hand then do the same with the other hand on the under eyelid make sure that ur are not able to blink unless u let go, quickly insert contact lens now look at all directions while blinking untill u see the contact is perfectly place,DONE

To put the lenses in your eyes you have to do like the video, but you'll feel your eye through the lense while you're putting it, at first I was with affliction, but with two tries I put them on, and I trained today and I'm already doing it very fast. You get used to put and pull out them. To pull them to me was very easy, I just pinched them. Didn't take more than 1 minute. Good Luck !! It doesnt hurt.
