there is no limiter u fucking tool, cobalts with the high rise are drag limited to 155 when stock because the spoiler is in fact operational with 20ftlbs of downforce starting at 90. stock balts with low rise or wingless, with enough umph can get to 160 with road. tuned balts high rise, low rise or wingless can hit 186 with stock tranny. get your shit right be4 u say anything about a balt

hey, i have stock tune files for all year balts (lsj and lnf) and for the lnf, the speed limiter FROM THE FACTORY is set to 155, therefore will not exceed that speed no matter how little drag you have. the op's cobalt(which i have personally ridden in mind you) is wingless and has both stock tune and trifecta tune on it simultaneously(turned on and off with a switch).
