The first big delusion is that you will one day "make it" in the industry. The carrot is held out to many aspiring idealists who buy into the dream of being a star. Actually, you have better odds playing the lottery: there is a millionaire every week. Becoming a star is the Uber delusion of the young from which many others follow. Writing a song that will change the world is another, etc. And, yes, it has nothing to do with the video.

haha, yes i agree very strongly with what you are saying. I just didn't see the relevance ot the video. But, there is one flaw with what your saying. True, becoming a star is very much so a delusion. But, talent and persistance, even the odds out. I know, I know, not everyone with talent and skill will become famous. But the more you put yourself out there, and the more you practice, the better your chances are.

How do you create the melody and match it with bass lines? I have no clue how people do it. Chords? Individual notes then bass later?
