@sukkahiki666 yes in Mass Effect 1 in the Citadel near the halls there is a club where you can dance and in Mass effect 2 you can dance in the Darkstar club in the Citadel also and the Afterlife club on omega

But the dancing is short term though, it's only for a few seconds, that's if you dance with Liara
