Galations 1:8-9? just because you interpret this verse the way you did doesnt mean its automatically mormonism. If you look at the context of this verse and many others we can see that Paul is speaking specifically to the church's in different parts of the land, and he is trying hard to get people in those lands from going back to the law of Moses, because the law of moses was fulfilled in Jesus, and the law of Moses could not save them anymore.

Again, Mormons worship God the father, through his son Jesus christ. HE is the ONLY way to have salvation. Through True faith, we can recieve the gift of salvation. He lived on this earth, suffered and died for us. Because of him we can overcome death, and overcome spiritual death.
We believe in the Bible, and we study from it everyday. We do also believe in the BOM as the word of God, and study from it.

Why do you belittle each other, as if your allegorical interpretations are better than someone else's. Galations 1:8-9? just because you interpret this verse the way you did doesnt mean its automatically mormonism. If you look at the context of this verse and many others we can see that Paul is speaking specifically to the church's in different parts of the land, and he is trying hard to get people in those lands from going back to the law of Moses, because the law of moses was fulfilled in Jesus, and the law of Moses could not save them anymore.

Why do you belittle each other, as if your allegorical interpretations are better than someone else's. It truly speaks volumes about their understanding, all words in general are open to interpretation and due to perspective people view things differently. That's what gives his word power, and diversity. People can use it to simply change their life for the better morally, or use to make money and belittle people for power. Religion is a tool, it's not what's corrupt. It's the people.

Of course we LDS believers, believe Jesus Christ in definition is a 'Mormon/LDS' because we believe his teachings are in line with our faith and our teachings. Just like other churches we believe he is on line with their faith. I.e Catholic following Jesus as Catholic following.

@NewWorldOrder8900 Faith without works is dead . They are necessary not just a nice thing you do . You can't be saved by your work alone but you can't be saved without them . In the KJV Bible . Being born again is a work , otherwise eveyone would be saved .

"Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.”" (John 6:29, NLT)
Our "works" are evidence that we have been saved - nothing more. We do these things out of a grateful heart - not to try and obtain salvation.

@mollymu1 Faith- a very complicated work but a 17 yr old boy will explain it to those Mormons. True Christians "have their faith in Jesus Christ" because of His grace and His bloodshedding on the cross not thinking of the salvation at all.(But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.)
Mormons "have their faith in their good works" and follows the teaching of Jesus Christ in order to get to heaven.
Now explain to me this Faith and GOOD WORKS
